Print Services

The Service Center specializes in a range of quality services, including:

  • Black-and-White Copying/Printing
  • Collating/Inserting/Stapling Cutting/Drilling/Folding
  • Color Copying/Printing
  • Custom Printable Tabs
  • Lamination Document Scanning from paper to digital
  • Plastic GBC or Metal Wire Binding
  • Wide Format Printing/Scanning

Specific requests not offered in our center (such as envelope printing, die-cutting, numbering, etc.) will be sent to an off-site facility. Please use us as a resource for any project you may have. Our staff is quick to respond and always ready to help!

RICOH TRAC System

When utilizing the copy services in the Service Center, please log on to our online ordering application - The Ricoh TRAC Solution. For assistance, check out our RICOH TRAC Instructions (PDF).

With RICOH TRAC, you’ll be able to submit your print requests online, just log on to begin. Once registered, using the site is easy:

  1. Click on "Submit copy request"
  2. Enter your ROP (Responsibility) code
  3. Upload your file
  4. Enter the quantity
  5. Make paper choice and any finishing options necessary
  6. Select due date

Your job will be sent to your department supervisor for final approval before printing. The RICOH staff will provide all training necessary to make TRAC a successful printing and tracking tool.

Pick-Up & Delivery

The Copy Center will pick up and deliver all print requests as needed. Completed print requests will be delivered on the appropriate mail runs. Urgent orders may be taken directly to the center. If you require immediate pickup, please contact us at 336-748-3880 and we will be glad to accommodate you.

Mail Service

RICOH serves the entire city with mail pick up and delivery of USPS Mail and Interoffice Mail. The Downtown run services City Hall and Bryce Stuart departments:

  • First Mail Run is 9 a.m.
  • Second Mail Run is 1 p.m.
  • Last Sweep/Pick-Up is 3 p.m.

The Citywide run services all outlying areas such as:

  • City Yard 1 and 2 and other areas
  • District 1, 2, and 3 Police Stations
  • Dixie Classic Fair
  • Joycelyn V. Johnson Municipal Services Center
  • Vivian H. Burke Public Safety Center - Police and Fire Emergency Management

RICOH Printers & Multi-Function Devices

When RICOH printers and copiers need service and/or supplies, end users should place a call to the Information Systems Operation Center (ISOC) (FIXX, 336-748-3499 or email FIXX), not directly to RICOH. The ISOC will then open a ticket for RICOH to perform service or install supplies such as toner and staples. Please supply the City device name that is located on a sticker on each copier and printer.
