Do you need Annual Enrollment Assistance?

Schedule a call with a Certified Benefits Counselor by calling 1-866-563-0337 or by clicking HERE.

Whether you are electing benefits for the first time, making changes to your elections, or not making any changes, annual enrollment is the perfect time to review all of your information to ensure that it is correct and up-to-date. 

Begin making your 2023 benefit elections by visiting the benefits enrollment page.

Your username ID is your Social Security Number
Your password is combination of last 4 digits of SSN and last 2 digits of birth year. 

  • Example: Sam Sample born 10-09-1959 (SSN: 123-45-6789) (EE# 54321)
    • Username: 123456789 or 54321
    • Password: 678959

If you do not have a computer or web access, you can complete the 2023 Retiree Benefit Enrollment/Change Form return to Human Resources by Tuesday, November 15th.

Upon completion of your form, you can return it to Human Resouces one of the following ways:

  • Bring in into the HR Dept located at 100 E. 1st St., Winston-Salem, NC 27101
  • Mail it to City of Winston-Salem, Human Resources Department, P.O. Box 2511, Winston-Salem, NC 27102
  • Email it to humanresources@cityofws.org 

Retirees who fail to submit a 2023 Retiree Benefit Enrollment/Change Form or fail to log into the system and make elections by Tuesday, November 15, 2022 will not have medical coverage effective January 1, 2023. This deadline will not be extended, and exceptions will not be made.
