  1. Adopt-A-Park
  2. Adopt-A-Stream
  3. Adopt-A-Street

The Adopt-A-Park Program was established in 1989 by the Winston-Salem Recreation and Parks Department. It is now coordinated by Keep Winston-Salem Beautiful. The program provides the community a chance to become involved in the beautification and enhancement of our parks.

Participating in the Adopt-A-Park program gives individuals and groups a chance to contribute to the enhancement of their community parks and provide a much-desired service to our city. While the Recreation and Parks Department provides normal maintenance to parks, adopters would provide extra care and attention, which makes a park more beautiful.
