2022 Cigna Health Care Debit Cards

Any Cigna Health Care Debit card received in the mail, was sent in error. The card does not need to be activated and can be destroyed.

2022 Cigna Insurance cards and Dental Insurance for Pre-65 Retirees

At the start of a new plan year, it’s especially important for you to present your new health insurance ID card each time you see a provider or fill a prescription. This ensures your claims process just as they should, according to your plan benefits.

With the United States Postal Service experiencing an unprecedented volume due to the pandemic and the holidays, we want to make sure you have access to your policy information, should your ID cards be delayed.

  • The Cigna insurance cards were mailed out to Pre-65 Retirees beginning 12/23/2021.  They should arrive in mailboxes the week of 12/27/2021.  If you do not receive your insurance card by 1/1/2022 or if you have a scheduled medical appointment and need proof of insurance coverage, you are able to view your coverage through the myCigna app or the Cigna.com website.  You may also contact Cigna directly at 1-800-997-1654.

How to register for the Cigna website

  • If you have enrolled in the Cigna Dental insurance, please note that you will not receive a dental insurance card.  The providers do not require a card.  Inform your provider that your dental coverage is through Cigna Dental

2022 Blue Cross Blue Shield Medicare Advantage Insurance Cards

  • The 2022 BCBS Medicare Advantage cards were mailed out the week of 11/22/2021.  If you have not received your insurance card, please contact BCBS at 1-877-494-7647 Monday – Saturday from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
