For your protection, after you have determined that you wish to bid a project and have printed off bid forms, email Purchasing and email the following information:

  • The bid number of the project you intend to bid
  • Your company name
  • Your email address


By acknowledging your interest in this manner, you allow us to notify you when each addendum is posted. Failure to acknowledge your intent to bid in this manner may result in your bid being rejected as non-responsive.

Every effort is made to post bids in a timely manner to insure sufficient time for bidders to prepare and deliver their bids. Certain bids may require mandatory pre-bid meetings. Adherence to the bid schedule is each bidder´s responsibility.
