Leaf Collection

Leaf collection starts Nov. 1

 

Collection will start in the western quadrant of the city (quadrant 3), and proceed clockwise around the city until the leaf trucks have made three passes through each neighborhood.

Holiday Closures


City offices will be closed Thursday, Nov. 11, and Thursday & Friday, Nov. 25-26, for the Veterans Day and Thanksgiving holidays. The holidays will affect some Sanitation collections and operating hours for CityLink and some landfills.

Come to Corpening Plaza Dec. 4 for the annual Winston-Salem Christmas Tree Lighting celebration. The program starts around 6:30 p.m., after the Jaycees Holiday Parade.
