1. Does the CSR application need to be installed on my workstation? How do I access it?

No installation is needed to access the CSR application. It is a web application.

2. How do I get a CSR account?

Please open a service desk ticket by emailing the Service Desk or call 748-3499 (748-FIXX). The ticket will be routed to the appropriate person for the creation and configuration of your account.

3. What if I forgot my CSR password?

On the CSR log in page there is a "Forgot Password" link below the Login button. You can click on the link and then enter your CSR user name. A temporary password will then be emailed to you.

4. Can I access CSR from home?

You can access the CSR web page only if you have virtual private network access on your computer at home. If you do not have virtual private network access, you cannot access the CSR web page if you are not on the City's network.

5. Can I use any web browser to access the CSR web page?

CSR is only certified to be used with Internet Explorer. It will run on other browsers such as Firefox and Chrome, but will lose some functionality.
