How do I reset/change my Password?

Password resets for your workstation, email, and AD-integrated applications such as eWorks and ePayStub are performed by the end user and are not performed by the service desk. Using an internet enabled device, navigate to https://passwordreset.cityofws.org/ and follow the instructions to “reset password” to reset the password or “unlock account” if the account is locked. Prior enrollment is required; if you have not yet enrolled and you do not know your password, contact the service desk at 336-748-3499 for assistance to enroll. Do not submit a Fixx ticket (fixx@cityofws.org) other than from your City email account.
