I received a kit at my home urging me to test my water. Was this sent by Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Utilities?

No. Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Utilities does not solicit testing from our customers. We perform regular testing at our Water Treatment Plants and in the distribution system. We’re constantly monitoring our water for potentially harmful chemicals and bacteria. If there is a need to perform a sample test, you will be in contact with a clearly identifiable WSFC Utilities representative.
