Glenda is the Senior HR analyst supervising the employee training and development and HRIS team.  Glenda is responsible for coordinating training and pre-employment skills testing.  She is also responsible for the management of the City's performance management system (EPAS), the e-Learning system, the employee development programs, and HRIS maintenance.
